Norton- 360 e-mails

HELP!!! can anyone please tell me how to remove my actual name from
out going e-mails?
This did not start until i renewed my subscription online with Norton.
My actual name shows & not my e-mail address. All PC settings show my
e-mail address but when i send e-mails my name shows.

Thank you in advance please keep it simple.

Modify your account properties in Outlook to include a pseudonym. Outlook
won't let you have an empty "Your name" field.
