The computer has Outlook 2000 and Norton Anti-Spam. At least 80% of the
time, and with no pattern evident, Norton Anti Spam is not visible in the
tool bar area, nor is it available through the view options. It is as if it
does not load. About 20% of the time, and with no rhyme or reason, Norton
"loads" and shows up on the tool bar and in as an option in View options.
