I am trying to link to tables in a SQL2005 database from MSaccess 2003. The
link table dialogue works fine until I get to the point where it displays the
list of tables in the target database. When I select a table and click OK I
then get an error that says "Pnotes Body.Primary Key- PnoteB Index Chart" is
not a valid name and gives me a list of possible problem with the name.
This name is listed in SQL2005 under the 'keys' for the table I am trying to
connect to. It is not one of the columns in the table. This database is
part of an application package we use so I cannot go into it and change any
names.
Suggestions on what I need to do to be able to link to these tables? I need
to link to import data into the tables.
Thanks
