Not able to accept invitatiions for workspace.

We have installed Groove on some machines and sent out invites to three users
to join the workspace. All the invites have been accepted and we can see two
of the machines in the workspace. On the third machine, all we get is
"waiting to send acceptance" in the groove notification icon. Several
different users have logged on to that machine and accepted the invites and
all have the same issue. What could be causing the acceptance replies to
not be sent? Thanks for any help.

Hi,

Have them completely shut down Groove via the icon in the system tray (right
click the icon and select Exit). Wait for a few minutes and then restart
Groove. See if this forces the acceptance to send.

Gregg,
I tried that as well as shutting down the machine. When the machne came
back up, the meesages were still waiting to send. I logged that user off,
had another log on and had her accept an invite. Same problem. She
accepted, you get the messge about downloading when a member is logged in,
but the acceptance never leaves.

Gregg,
I did the grooveclean, but still getting waiting to send acceptance. I am
also getting a message that says it can not connect to the provisioning
server.
