Not able to access other users calendar

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Have received permission from the other user whose calendar I need to see. I get a box that pops up and says:

The user's folder could not be found.
Entourage could not find a mailbox for user _______.

Have received permission from the other user whose calendar I need to
see. I get a box that pops up and says:

The user's folder could not be found. Entourage could not find a
mailbox for user _______.

When opening the other user's folder, click the Address Book icon to the
right. This will give you the ability to search for the other user. You
can click the Advanced button for more options.
