Not Able to Access User in PWA

I have a user that has been assigned as an adminstrator thru PWA.
When I go to edit the user, i get an "Unknown Error - Troubleshoot
issues with Windows SharePoint Services." I am not able to view this
user as a resource within the Resource Pool.

Any suggestions on how to diagnose this issue? I am using MS Project
Server 2007 with Sharepoint Svcs 3.0.

Hi,

I had this problem with an (non-admin) user too.

This user was also not listed on the "Delete Enterprise objects" page.

Solution: go directly to the database

Databases\ProjectServer_Published\Tables\dbo.MSP_RESOURCES

locate the user

check the column RES_CHECKOUTBY, you'll probaly seee avlaue of "0000000..."

Replace that value with "NULL"
