not able to accessing an epm 2007.Project is not showing in Projec

First Question :

We have a one project manager in oman . which is not able to access the EPM
through web access. although he is in the project manager and Team member
group . and when he try to access through a web . sometime dialog box is open
for id and password for login in our network and some time not open. and then
page of project web access of epm 2007 is also not opening. although other
members from other countries are accessing normally.


Second Question:
--------------------

recource is working in a project as a team member . and project manager has
assigned task to him from this project . but when the resource open the
project centre in PWA . he is not be able to see his project in the project
centre.

Hi Sam,

It sounds like a windows authentication problem.

Can you give more information on your network infrastructure?
How does your remote users connect to your network? Do they connect via
VPN? Are they connected via Active Directory branch office connection?

You need to isolate how your PM in Oman is connecting and then find how
your other PMs in other coutries are connecting.

We've had some success resolving this problem by having the user's
Windows profile deleted and recreated.
