not able to add additional address books in my e-mail accounts

A window pops up and tells me that "the account you have added is not fully
configured. It may not work properly until you reconfigure it"

Can anyone out there help out with this one. It was working fine a couple of
days ago.

We cannot read minds, so perhaps you could provide some information.
Include such things as:
1. Outlook version
2. Precise steps that produce this error message.
3. What changes were made immediately before "a couple of days ago."
