Not able to check-in a Project (2007)

I have a user that is not able to check-in a project that she checked out on
Friday. When I look in the queue it is waiting to be processed and I am not
able to cancel, retry, or force in the project.

What are my options?

Are other jobs also stuck ?

Try restarting the Queue service
