In PWA Team Members can not enter 0h under actual work, in Timesheet view.
We are tracking progress by using "Hours of work done per day or per week".
I thought that within sp2a item number 892472 (The resource manager does not
receive a timesheet approval notification if a resource submits zero actual
hours worked in Project Web Access in Project Server 2003) was fixed. In
fact when a resource trys to enter 0h and then submit changes, PWA tells them
can't be done?? Any ideas or am I missing something.
