not able to pull up data in Outlook Calandar

I try to pull up detail information on my notes from Outlook Calandar
nothing happens when I double click it... Something is blocking it from pull
up. Therefore I am unable to make changes. Also when I click on "NEW" nothing
pull up either.

Please Help.

Have you tried stoppng and restartng Outlook? Have you tried rebooting?
