Not able to send mails

While sending new mail I am getting fallowing message.
"Microsoft Outlook could not sign or encrypt this message
because you have no certificates which can be used to send
from the e-mail address (e-mail address removed)"

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002, please help me to come
out of this problem.
