Not accepting windows authentication

I have a project manager that whenever he tries launch
professional from PWA it says that he has not been given
the appropriate rights. What I don't understand is that
he is in the same security group as the rest of the
project managers and they don't seem to have these
problems at all. THe URL has been added to his trusted
sites and he was able to connect to the server when he
tried testing his connection in his initial set up. In PWA
when he goes from section to section (e.g from projects to
tasks) he is prompted for his windows useraccount and
password. I have never seen this behavior before. Any
thoughts about some setting that is prohibiting him from
connecting to the server?

Michelle:

In Internet Explorer, in the Trusted Sites Zone, make sure that User
Authentication is set to Automatic logon with current username and password.
