I thought the easiest way to get started with BCM would be to import my
existing Contacts from Outlook. The Import process works, but less than half
of the contacts are actually imported.
For example, at the beginning of my Outlook Contacts list, there are 4
contacts starting with "3M". None of these were added to the Business Contact
database. At the end of the list, there are 7 contacts starting with the
letter "Z", but none of these were added. I haven't checked the entire list
yet, but the omissions seem to be arbitrary.
Does anybody have an idea why the entire list would not be imported?
