Not All Contacts In Address Book

I Have several contacts folders which are all enabled to be in the Address
Book, however only some of the contacts from each folder make it to the
adress book.

Any Ideas?

Only Contacts with valid electronic addresses should appear.
Beyond that, you'd need to provide at least some information that would
permit further troubleshooting.

Very few of my contacts have e-mail addresses entered, but that doesn't seem
to make any difference as to which contacts make it into the address book.

Also, when I try to use Letters and Envelopes in Word it says that there are
no entries in the Outlook Address Book.

Impossible. Only Contacts with valid electronic addresses will appear in the
Outlook Address Book. You must be talking about some other view or address
book. Are you talking about the Word Address Book instead? If so, state your
versions and how you migrated your Outlook data to this version.
