Not all meeting updates should require reply from prior respondant

If you send out a meeting to invitees, and then later make a minor update
(for example, add in location information) you have no choice but to send an
update. This forces people who have already responded, to re-respond.
Please just make it so the only thing the spawns the need to re-reply to a
meeting request, is a change to the date and/or time. Everything else should
just automatically update the info in the prior respondants calander. The
only people who should have to possibly take action are those that never
responded to the first notification.
