Not all of the recipients are showing meeting in their calendar.

Outlook 2003 on WinXP. Admin sends a meeting request when she looks at the
VP's calendar, meeting does not show up. If she sends an update, then the
meeting shows up. She is a delegate for multiple users. This issue also
happens with any given user.
