Not Auto Filling and Not finding Calendar data

For some reason when sending an e-mail the auto check names is not working I
have to manually go to the address book and select it. Plus when I add a
person to a meeting notice outlook is not seeing thier calendar.. What can
be causing this and how would I go about correcting it..
