When mail arrives in Outlook 2003 (with or without Exchange Server), I am
used that the folders expand when a mail arrives in a subfolder (based on
rule settings).
In one of the companies I work for, the folders do not expand when a mail is
placed in a subfolder (based on rule settings).
What can be the reason for that. The company uses Outlook 2003 with SP2 and
Exchange Server.
