not connecting to web server

Hello out there! I am having trouble (this is a new
problem) connecting the the "web server". My website is
NOT hosted in-house. The first problem that I have been
having since my site moved to a new server is:

when I open FrontPage (it normally automatically opens the
last web), I get an error message: "An error occurred
accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors - if
authoring against a web server, please contact the
webmaster for this server's site . . . " Then I just re-
try by going through the process, file, open recent webs
and then usually it opens though sometimes it takes 2 or
three tries. It also seems to "disconnect" from the web
server if I have not accessed it and this has been
problematic when making changes to a page and then trying
to save them. Then when I go to save as, it will just go
ahead and process it.

Now, as of today, I can't even insert a picture from
file. When I choose this command, the files don't even
pull up. The hourglass comes up and then it just stops,
but it hasn't pulled up any files. So I am unable to get
new picures in.

HEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP! I am not sure WHAT to do.

Thanks in advance,

A new server means "normally" a new IP address.
Windows caches dns address for future reference
and clearing the cache sometimes clears the problem.

For Windows 2000 and XP:
Open a command window and at the command prompt type:
ipconfig /flushdns
and then press enter.

Also clear the browser cache and history files.
Then open FrontPage and try.

Yeah but, that's because he knows the terminology,
therefore he knows what to look for.
