Sometimes outlook will pop up a window saying 'such and such is not available
offline, click connect to blah blah' then after I click connect everything is
fine. Problem is it doesn't always give me this option and I am stuck with
no pictures in my email. I have an internet connection when it is doing this.
Is there a way to force outlook to connect or to get that window to pop up
when I want it? Or is there some other way to tell outlook I have a
connection? I'm not using internet explorer as the default internet browser.
