Not every user loading Enterprise Global template

I have loaded, modified saved the Enterprise global template and some
users can see the one I modified but others still see the older
version of the Enterprise global template.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be going on. Why do
some users see it and others do not?

Using: OS 2003 / MS Project Server 2003 / Project Office 2003
professional

Cory --

After you make changes to the Enterprise Global file, every user (including
you) must close Microsoft Project Professional, and then relaunch the
software. After they have relaunched Microsoft Project Professional and
logged into Project Server, the system will automatically "refresh" their
cached global file to include the latest changes to the Enteprise Global.
This is the only way to "refresh" the cached global file, by the way. Hope
this helps.

Another thing that you might know, I just upgraded to the deskopt
client 2003 and set them up to look at the project server and re-start
their application. They still see the old one. I have something at
Microsoft that is "similar" but not exactly our problem but it has an
interesting "cause" and their statement has no real solution.

I am not sure if that applies to me because my users are not loading
the Enterpise Global template.

Any other things I am not checking?
