How can I give you a product ID from a product I purchased which entitles me
to support if the product simply won't install? I just bought Office 2007
home and student and it won't install and it says go to Microsoft Support.
But when I get there you demand a product ID and without it I can't get
support. This is really outrageous and frustating.

Fed Up,

If you are still there... please elaborate on what happens, in what order.
Also, what version of Windows?
