not genuine MS visio standard edtion 2003 notification

bought a new PV with vista busines edition , installed office 2007 pro, then
installed MS visio and project standard edition 2003, when I download a
template fro microsoft, it asks me to validate my office products, and it
returns a message saying my legal MS visio and project standard edition 2003
products are not genuine.

Where did you get the copy of Visio? If it is the one you installed on your
old machine, you should be able to phone Microsoft and get them to change
the license. If it is a fresh copy, go back to your vendor and find out what
happened.
