I am not getting delivery confirmations on my emails. Tracking options are set.

I am not getting delivery confirmations on my emails. Tracking options
are set.

Read receipts are optional, and can be turned off by the recipients. Not
sure about tracking options because I have never used MS Outlook; but,
unless your recipients are all also using MS Outlook, possibly on an
Exchange server, tracking options are probably pretty useless.

Delivery receipt requests are handled by the recipient's mail server and
many (most?) do not honor them.
