I don't know if there is such a thing but I need a feature that will allow me
to write something like "insert date & time here" on a Publisher document
that other people can then change with their own information.

I am creating a template for other companies to use as their base. I want
all the information in the same place but they will all have different
information. Is there a feature in Publisher that does this? If so, what is
it called and how do I use it?

Are you sure the other companies have Publisher? As much as I strongly
advocate its use, a lot of businesses don't use it.


BTW - you know, there is a newsgroup specifically for Publisher.
