In Access 2000 I have a report of a purchase order
overall details with a subreport of the items ordered.
Its report preview shows properly. But from the preview,
when I click the Print icon or do menu File Print, if
there is only one item then it prints properly, whereas
if there is more one item than it doesn't print at all
(although a message says it is printing).
Also from the report preview, using menu Tools, Office
Links, Publish it with Microsoft Word works if the
subreport has only one item but not if it has more than
one item, (although a message says it is outputting to
a .rtf file).
There are no error messages. What is causing this and
how can I fix it? There is a complication that the
recordsources of the report and subreport are determined
when the report is opened, but that causes no problem
when previewing the report.
