Not processing rules automatically

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange 2003. I
have set up a very simple rule to forward all incoming
mail to enother account. If I click 'Run Now' it works
fine and forwards anything in the Inbox, but any mail
that comes in does not get automatically forwarded. I
have service packed the XP workstation and Outlook to the
latest release.

Any ideas please
