Not Read Receipt In Inbox

When I delete items from my Deleted Items folder I get a Not Read Receipt in
my Inbox from me. This doesn't always happen but does from time to time. I
have others within our company experiencing the same problem. The items I am
deleting have been read. Why would they come from me anyhow?

Sounds like some of you are tracking messages. Either requesting a delivery
or read receipt. Some people read there messages with the preview pane.
Outlook does NOT send a read reciept to the message composer when people do
this. Turn off message tracking on the PC's.
