Not receiving after hard drive upgrade

Dan

I installed a new hard drive (copied system and all files) and since then I
do not get any emails. I reinstalled outlook and still no luck. It connects
and runs through the send/receive with no errors but I do not get email. All
the settings seem to be correct.
Any ideas?

Possible the mail delivery location changed and mail is being delivered into
a personal folder and not the mailbox.

What version of Outlook are you using?

Check your server settings and make that you have authentication set if your
ISP requires it. You can check with your ISP web page as the mail account
information is usually prominently displayed to prevent support calls.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Dan asked:

You can check the deliver location by going to Tools - Email Accounts -
click Next. Delivery location is shown in the bottom left had corner.

If setting up POP accounts I would test to make sure that the send/receive
is functioning correctly.
