Hello:

What are some things to try as a remedy, when a staff member at an office is
not able to receive e-mails sent to his office e-mail address from people
outside of the office?

Couldn't tell you with so little info. What kind of mail server do you use,
as a start? What version of Outlook, and what is loaded in the Outlook
profile? Do the senders get an NDR/bounce message, and if so, what exactly
does it say?

Put the list of recipients in the Bcc field instead of the To or Cc fields.
In new message, Select View and then check Bcc field to see it.
