not receiving email from a specific user

hi, I am suddenly not receiving emails as i used to from a particular sender.
i have not blocked her address. i receive the emails when she sends it to an
alternative internet email address but not my vodamail adress that i use with
outlook?..can someone please tell me what the problem could be?

Even if you haven't specifically blocked the address, might the items be
held up by the Junk e-mail filter? Have you double checked the Junk e-mail
folder to see if the items are there? Also, try adding the sender's address
to the list of allowed senders.
