Not Receiving Email from Pop3 Account?

Please Help!!!
My Outlook client does not retrieve mail from my Pop3
work account. The test button in the setup screen reports
everything works ok but when I perform a manual
Send/Receive nothing happens.The Outlook client seems to
work fine with my Hotmail account but not my Pop3 work
account? My Outlook Express client sees the both accounts
fine. Also, when I click on "Define Send/Receive Groups"
nothing happens?

I tried dropping and recreating the mail account several
times. I've also removed and reinstalled Outlook and the
whole office suite with no results.
