Not receiving emails automatically in Microsoft Outlook

I recently swtiched to Microsoft outlook from Outlook Express. I am not
receiving emails automatically. I have to hit the send/receive in order to
receive.

This is an Access newsgroup, not an Outlook newsgroup.
