I can not received emails or dump the emails from my outbox. I been told the
emails are going out, but they have not left the outbox screen, so I am not
sure what really went out. This just happen in the last few days, the only
think I did different is load the XP Service Pack2 , do I need update outbox?
I have to get my emails in and out for work, so I am rather despair
