Not receiving hotmail emails

I'm not receiving emails from friends with hotmail addresses even though
their address is in my address book. I don't get anything and they get a
message that the email has bounced back to them.

Whether or not they're in your contacts is not germane. Post the exact text
(but mask any real mail addresses) of one of the bounces. They usually
contain enough information to figure our what's wrong.
