not receiving html emails

I have outlook 2003 and a co worker has outlook 2003. Both have been updated
with latest downloads. I do not receive html format emails but can receive
all other formats from this particular sender. I currently receive html from
other senders. How can this be corrected?

What do you mean by "do not receive"? Does the message arrive but you can't
read it? Does the message arrive but generates an error? Exactly what are
the symptoms?
