Not receiving large email attachments

JR

I use Outlook 2000 and I'm no longer able to get large email attachments like
a movie click. I just purchased a new computer using XP and now I'm having
the problem. On my old computer using W98 I had no problems downloading
large attachments. I don't use McAffee but I do use Norton Coporate but it
is suppose to do a "real scan" on attachments when I open them. I used
Norton on my old computer too and had no problems.

Any suggetions?

Thanks,

What error do you get when you receive them? Are they shown on your webbased
mailclient setup by your provider?

Hi Roady,

Thanks for getting to me so quickly. Actually, what happens in the email
comes through and it shows there is an attachment but when I open the
attachment it is a blank screen. I don't receive any error messages.

And is the attachment still in one piece on your webbased client?

Don't know. When I download my messages, Outlook takes them off the server
automatically.

Then do some testing with or it will be hard troubleshooting it.
Use the webinterface first before you download things in Outlook or set
Outlook to leave a copy on the server.
