Not Responding when MS Word as editor begins...

Just a guess ... but perhaps your normal.dot is corrupt.

1. Close Outlook.
2. Close Word.
3. Rename normal.dot to normal.old
4. restart word to recreate your normal.dot
5. restart outlook and you should be OK.
