Not saving sent items!

I am sending emails, and it is not saving them, even though it is checked to "save sent items in saved items folder".

BUT, they emails I send yesturday are showing up today! So I guess todays emails sent, will show up in sent items tomorrow? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Why is that it isnt saving them in sent items instantly like it used too last week?
