not submit to webservice

Hi,
I´m newie in infopath, i can´t submit the fields of a form to SQL
server 2000 through of an webservice.
I generate the webservice in Visual Studio 2005 with parametres and
the form receive but not submit.
This is the error in the form:

"Server was unable to read request. ---> There is an error in XML
document (1, 505). ---> Input string was not in a correct format."
