Not sure if I am getting all my emails

I think I have adjusted my settings on Norton or Outlook , but the problem I
have is that when I press send /recieve in my tool bar its says say " 3 of
9" messages recieving but they dont appear in either In box, Junk Mail or
Norton Anti spam"

Any ideas how I can reset my seetings to accept all emails ?
