Notate Changes on Home Page

Is there a way to have the home page note the date of any
changes in the other pages of a web, so the visitor on an
intranet can know he needs to check out another page?

FP doesn't have any features or functions to do this, other than to show a date/time on a page, that
indicated when that specific page was created or last modified.
