Note label doesn't disappear

hello,

When I'm on the 'Tasks', look for a task with the yellow note icon on it.
Move the mouse to the note. A yellow label with an explanation appear. Move
the mouse away from the icon. The yellow label doesn't disappear!

We Have 2003 Server.
