Are you using Internet mail? POP? If so, you have to pick what you want - if
you want to download new mail to both places, you must choose 'leave a copy
of messages on server' on at least one of them (and pick the order in which
you check mail on each computer so you don't remove the mail before
downloading in each place).
If instead you mean you have a network and wish to sync the data on each
computer, nothing native does this - but see
