Notebook Tabs in Word 2008

How do I change the color of the notebook tabs in the notebook view? The first two are colored, but when I add tabs, they are gray. I'd like to add colors

Right-click to access color selection.

If you have a one-button mouse, hold down control while clicking to
right-click. This works in all of Mac OS X.
