Notepad is not an e-mail client, so I'm rather perplexed by your question
that indicates that you use Notepad to receive e-mail. The Notepad that I
know of is a simple text editor. It does not have the capability of
displaying anything other than ASCII text, thus the gibberish that you see on
your screen.
This newsgroup is for questions related to Microsoft Access, the database
software. Please find a newsgroup that is better suited to the software that
you are using.
