Notes and others in PST file?

Are Notes/Phone Logs and Calendar and Task entries also contained in the
outlook.pst file, besides all mail and messages?
I needed to know this to configure a back-up utility.
Using MS Office 2003 on a Windows XP Pro SP2 machine.

PST files contain all your Outlook data.
