notes column in resource assignment view

hi,
i was wondering if i can get the notes column in the resource assignment
view. my PMs go to PWA and click Resources Tab and add their resources and
get the time sheet for each of their resources. they asked for a notes column
here but i am unable to add a notes column in this view. pls help
