I am trying to make custom sales call reports using the card view for phone
calls under the business history journal. The notes field currently only
shows 254 characters and then cuts off the rest of the text at that point. I
tried changing the minimum lines for multi-line text in the view settings as
well as the character width of the cards, but they just resize and still only
show 254 characters. The notes field is getting it's data from the notes in a
BCM phone call form. Is this a limitation of BCM? I haven't found any other
references to this problem, so any help figuring it out is appreciated. Thank
